Fresh Pineapple
Through the GCMS analysis and aroma/taste assessment of fresh Pineapple for a project for one of our clients we were able to identify the key compounds responsible for this popular fruit’s delicious aroma and taste.
Using this information we were able to develop a Pineapple flavour that was true to nature and was a great success in beverages
